Where this policy applies
This policy covers the Artfkt website, our collection websites, including Glitch, their browser demos, our contact form, and the Artfkt desktop app. References to “we” and “our” mean Artfkt. It does not describe the privacy practices of external websites or payment providers.
Images in the browser demo
Images you choose in a collection demo are opened and processed in your browser. The demo does not send those image files to an Artfkt server for processing. Exports are generated on your device and downloaded through your browser. This does not mean that visiting the site makes no network requests: the site loads its assets and uses the services described below.
Hosting and site operation
Cloudflare serves our websites and helps protect them from abuse. When you visit, it processes connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser information to deliver and secure the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Preferences stored in your browser
Our sites and demos use browser storage to remember interface preferences, such as theme, text size, and display density. You can clear this information through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing it can reset your preferences.
Google Analytics
Our production websites use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. The Google Analytics tag loads when you visit; we do not currently provide an on-site analytics consent switch. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your browser or device, pages visited, and interactions with the site.

Contact messages
If you use our contact form, we process your email address, message, and any name you provide to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and abuse. We store your email address, message, optional name, and submission time in a private Cloudflare D1 database to review and respond to your request. Submissions remain stored until we delete them; closing the form does not remove them. We do not store spam-verification tokens with your message or intentionally write message contents to application logs. If we reply by email, that correspondence is also handled by the email services involved.
Artfkt for Mac
The desktop app opens and processes images on your Mac. Those image files are not uploaded to an Artfkt server. Projects, preferences, and downloaded fonts are stored on your Mac.
When you preview or download a font that is not already on your Mac, the app requests that font from the GitHub copy of the Google Fonts library. GitHub receives the connection information needed to serve the file. Artfkt does not receive a copy of that request.
The Mac App Store version does not ask for a license key. The version downloaded from Gumroad asks you to paste the license key from your receipt. The app sends that key to Gumroad to check the purchase. After a successful check, the app can open without a network connection. A later check while you are online can lock the app if Gumroad reports that the purchase was refunded or charged back. Gumroad’s privacy policy covers that check.
Purchases and external services
Purchase links may take you to an external checkout, such as Gumroad. The checkout provider handles the information you submit there under its own policies. Our website contact form does not collect payment-card information. Please review the provider’s privacy information before purchasing.
Access, questions, and changes
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including access, correction, or deletion. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
