These terms apply to the Artfkt website, our collection websites, and their browser demos. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
Your images and artwork
You are responsible for the images you choose and the work you create. Only use material you own or have permission to use, and respect other people’s copyright, privacy, and other rights. Using a demo does not transfer ownership of your source material to Artfkt or give us ownership of your exported artwork. Effects do not grant rights to material you did not have permission to use.
Our content
Artfkt’s site design, branding, software, and editorial material remain the property of their respective owners. You may use tutorial source images explicitly offered for download to follow the accompanying examples. Other licenses and notices supplied with particular materials continue to apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services unlawfully, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security protections, or send spam or harmful content through our contact form.
Availability and results
Browser demos are provided as available. Rendering, performance, and export capabilities depend on your browser, device, and image. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a result will fit a particular purpose. Keep copies of your original images and save work you want to retain. We may change or discontinue website and demo features.

External websites and checkout providers have their own terms and policies. These website terms do not set the license, pricing, refund policy, or purchase terms for the Artfkt desktop app. Review the applicable terms presented with a purchase or download.
Privacy and your rights
Our privacy policy explains our use of hosting, Google Analytics, browser storage, and contact information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
